Fixed-mount barcode readers have twice the performance and power of conventional readers in the same class for 1D and 2D codes.

Single, multi and full coverage scan tunnel options are available to help increase throughput in logistics applications. Multi-Reader Sync technology synchronises several readers for increased field of view and multi-side scanning at high speeds.

DataMan® 370’s multi-core processor enables it to run these algorithms and processes in parallel, resulting in two times the performance and power of comparable high-performance readers.

The BIZERBA CWL dynamic in-motion scales are specifically designed for the requirements of the logistics industry. Even in case of high speeds or high loads the verifiable checkweighers or catchweighers provide accurate weighing results.

The COGNEX 3D-A1000 dimensioning system is a compact and industrial 3D + 2D motion-capable smart camera used for dimensioning both regular and irregular-shaped items. 3D + 2D technology provides functionality beyond dimensioning.

Unlike conventional methods, the 3D-A1000 uses patented 3D symbolic light technology to freeze motion with a single image. This generates more accurate 3D point cloud data, eliminating the need for complex calibration and encoder integration. Embedded processing enables use of powerful COGNEX vision tools to run additional 3D + 2D inspections.
