Nov 2017 – NEPTEK supply a complete automated modular conveyor line to MPACT VERSAPAK in Paarl, Western Cape, South Africa. MPACT VERSAPAK produces polystyrene containers for fast food outlets in South Africa. The system NEPTEK supplied conveys full boxes of products that are manually loaded from extrusion machines in the factory and then conveyed to tie into the existing conveyor line to feed the warehouse. NEPTEK selected using AMBAVEYOR conveyor technology for this application as given the elevation changes and a number of turns in the system design AMBAVEYOR conveyor modules required less than half the number of drives than conventional conveyor equipment. In selecting AMBAVEYOR conveyor technology we saved on electrical investment costs and the power consumption to operate the system was radically reduced.
