Robotic Palletising Bags of Wheat Flour EFFICIENTlY

Neptek has supplied a fully automatic palletising robot to Shemeul in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa, for the efficient palletising of 10kg and 12.5kg paper block bags.

Shemeul turned to Neptek for the automation of their end-of-line palletising operations. The Fuji EC-171 palletising robot, known for its energy efficiency and high-speed palletising capabilities, proved to be the perfect solution.

Shemeul is set to enhance its palletizing operations in the coming months with the integration, by Neptek, of another Fuji EC-171 robot, specifically designed to handle 25kg and 50kg bags of wheat flour.
