January 2017 – NEPTEK supply RHODES FOOD GROUP in Swaziland with a full can conveyor system from the existing de-palletising machines to the packing machines. The system consists of single and multi-lane slat chain conveyor lines between the de-palletising, labelling and shrink-wrap machines. All conveyors supplied were constructed using stainless steel material with LF (low friction) plastic slat chain used as a conveying medium.
The lines are controlled using SIEMENS PLC supplied by NEPTEK to ensure proper profiling for the feeding of cans between labelling and packing processes.
