April 2019 – NEPTEK supply two Nett Weighing Semi-Auto Bagging Systems to Illovo Sugar in Dwangwa Swaziland for 20kg and 50kg bags.
The scope included the platform structure, 2 x gravity fed nett weighers, 2 x Premier Tech Chronos NXT Weighing Controllers, 2 x Filling Spouts with Bag Clamps and 2 x Fischbein Sewing Machine with Feed Belts to seal the bags. NEPTEK designed and fully integrated the solution for Illovo successfully. The weighing system is fast and highly accurate ensuring smooth productivity and efficiency during the bag filling process.
