The Neptek service team decommissioned, relocated, installed and commissioned PREMIER TECH OML1140 Automatic Open Mouth Bagging Machine and FUJI EC-201 Palletising Robot along with the associated pallet and bag conveyor system.
The complete line was moved from a client in Johannesburg where it was used to pack cement, sand and aggregate into 40 kg bags to ITAU Milling in Bloemfontein where it was re-commissioned to pack maize (corn) meal into 25kg bags.
The line is capable of packing 17,5 tons per hour continuously on a 24 hours per day, 7 days per week basis.
